1. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually arrive sooner; remote pin codes may take a little longer. These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available across serviceable pin codes in India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime using the Track link on our website.

6. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.

7. Delays Estimated delivery times are guidelines, not guarantees. Festive periods, weather, or courier issues may occasionally cause delays.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your package arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, contact us within 7 days at operations@coffeebyrsa.com and we'll help resolve it.
