Shaping a Brand Through Experience and Innovation

With a background in marketing and a love for innovation, I started COFFEEbyRSA as more than just a clothing brand. It was a personal journey I felt called to take. I've always believed in the power of simplicity, but also in standing out, and I wanted to create something that balanced both: minimalism with a bold sense of individuality.

After earning my MBA in Marketing, I began my career at Oracle. It was an incredible experience that taught me a lot about corporate strategy, technology, and working with clients at scale. Along the way, I also launched a digital marketing agency, working with amazing brands and startups across different industries. But even while I was doing all of that, there was always this quiet pull toward something more creative.

Fashion had always been close to my heart. I’ve had a deep interest in textiles, fabrics, and the kind of clothing that makes you feel like yourself. Not just what you wear to look good, but what you wear to feel at home in your own skin.

That’s how COFFEEbyRSA was born. I wanted to create pieces that are grounded in quality and comfort, made with materials like Supima cotton and designed thoughtfully for everyday life. What started as a personal vision has grown into something bigger. A community of people who believe in timeless design, quiet confidence, and clothing that feels as good as it looks.

For me, COFFEEbyRSA isn’t just about fashion. It’s my story, told through fabric, shaped by experience, and powered by passion. I’m so excited to keep building it, one piece at a time.

With over 25 years of experience in the retail industry, my journey has been all about building, transforming, and scaling brands that stand out in fast-paced and competitive markets.

Retail has always been more than just business for me. It’s about understanding people — what they want, how they feel, and how a brand can become a part of their everyday lives. My core strengths lie in driving strategic growth, streamlining operations, and bringing spaces to life through visual merchandising.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some incredible brands across India and abroad. In India, I’ve been part of journeys with Weekender, Levi’s, Jack & Jones, and Indian Terrain. Internationally, I’ve worked with iconic names like Pierre Cardin, Cerruti 1881, Daniel Hechter, and Paul & Shark in Dubai.

I’ve led multi-brand portfolios across both retail and wholesale, consistently delivering strong, sustainable growth. But beyond numbers, what really drives me is building businesses that are future-ready. Brands that can adapt, innovate, and stay deeply connected to their customers.

At the heart of everything I do is a strong belief in people. I believe in creating environments where teams feel engaged, empowered, and inspired to perform at their best. Cultures of accountability, collaboration, and high performance don’t happen by accident. They’re built intentionally, and they’re what lead to long-term success.

For me, vision and execution go hand in hand. I bring passion, commitment, and a deep love for the retail industry into everything I build. It’s been an incredible journey so far and I’m just as excited for what’s ahead.

Fashion has been my world for over 25 years. Not just as an industry, but as a journey that shaped who I am. From the early days of sketching ideas on a page to seeing people wear and love what I’ve helped create, I’ve always believed clothing is more than fabric, it’s emotion, identity, and connection.

Through Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’ wear, I’ve seen how every piece can tell a story. What excites me most isn’t just designing collections, but helping brands find their voice and their soul. I’ve spent my career blending creative vision with business sense, because I’ve learned that true growth happens when strategy and storytelling walk hand in hand.

For me, fashion has always been about people. About building brands that don’t just sell, but stay in hearts. About creating work that keeps a brand relevant today while preparing it for tomorrow. My role has always been to guide that journey, turning ideas into something customers can feel, trust, and carry with pride.
