1. Exchange Only Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, products can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for items of the same value within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be offered.

3. No Refunds

We operate on a no-refund policy. Only exchanges are permitted.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange, please:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  • Our support team will assist you and may provide a return shipping label if applicable.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including associated shipping costs.

7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. International Orders

For international customers, all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
